Final checklist and next steps
Combine planning, task-specific structure, and deliberate review in timed practice.
Work through each lesson and mark the module complete when you finish practising.
Check the complete response
Before finishing, ask:
- Have I answered every requested point and made my purpose clear?
- Does the greeting, vocabulary, and closing fit the reader?
- For a survey, is my choice explicit and supported by developed reasons?
- Does each paragraph have a clear function?
- Are examples relevant and references easy to follow?
- Have I checked recurring grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors?
- Have I followed the word range and timer shown in the task?
Treat the checklist as a review aid, not a rigid script to memorize.
Build a repeatable practice cycle
Complete one timed task, review it with the criteria, and choose one improvement for the next attempt. For example, practise adding a concrete consequence to every main reason. Rewrite a short passage, then apply the same skill to a new prompt.
Alternate emails and surveys. Keep a small bank of natural phrases organized by purpose, such as making a request or acknowledging another view. Learn flexible patterns rather than entire answers. Your goal is to respond to the actual task with clear, accurate language.
